All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of
the order.
Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different
shipping methods will be available.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipment. In the event,
the original purchase contained a pre-order or backorder item, shipping and
handling will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial
shipment.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. You may choose to upgrade to a faster shipping method. Pre-order and backorder
items will be shipped via the method selected at the time of check-out.
If you choose to upgrade the shipping method, your order must be received by
11:59 a.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following
business day.
If you would like your package to arrive in time for Christmas delivery,
please place your order for:
Standard delivery by Saturday, 12/16 at 11:59 p.m. EST
2nd Day delivery by Wednesday, 12/20 at 11:59 a.m. EST
Next Day delivery by Thursday, 12/21 at 11:59 a.m. EST
Packages shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must be ordered by 12/16 at 11:59 p.m.
EST to arrive in time for Christmas delivery.
Packages shipping to APO/FPO/PO boxes must be ordered by 12/15 at 11:59 p.m.
EST to arrive in time for Christmas delivery.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your
items. Your total shipping & handling charges will be automatically
calculated during checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Standard delivery will be within 7 to 10 business days.
For an additional charge, packages may be shipped overnight or 2nd Day Air.
Certain beauty products are not available for shipment to these areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, it may take up to 48 hours before tracking
is available.
Orders placed on Pureindulgent.com may be delivered by one of several
different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability
may vary.
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the
ability to track a package.
