Why use salts?
Salts are a simple and delightful way to add valuable trace minerals to the bath water, softening the water and gently cleansing the skin.

Why do some of my products turn a different color?
*Note: Vanilla notes will usually discolor bath and body products. This may or may not happen. If discoloration does discolor, it will usually turn a product light tan, to a brown color, and sometimes even pink or lavender. This can happen with any scent that has vanilla notes in it. (even scents that don't say vanilla can have vanilla notes in them.) . Orange Ginger is a perfect example of this. If your product does turn a different color please know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with your product. This just happens with vanilla notes.
Why does the scent change from the time I smell it, to the time I put it on my skin?
Everyone has different skin chemistry. For most, there is no change at all. For some, the scent can turn sour on them. My suggestion to figure out what ingredients are in the scent and stay away from them. For example: Vanilla is the most common. Citrus is another. Some people are allergic to specific oils that are used. We use sweet almond oil and olive oil quite often.
When will I receive my order?
Your satisfaction is my primary goal, so I work fast! My turn-around-time as of now is 24-48 hours. I make everything fresh for optimal quality.

How do you ship?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
Where do you ship to?
I ship in the United States and Canada as of now.
How can I pay for my products?
We accept credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, but most pay by PayPal. If you are sending me a cashier’s check or money order, please email me your order in advance. If you are paying by a personal check, the check must clear first before I ship your order out. You understand right?
Do you give refunds or take returns?
Since we are dealing with hygiene products, I do not accept refunds. I will exchange the product for another is the product was damaged during shipping.
Can I cancel or add on to my order?
Well, I would hope that you wouldn’t cancel your order…but is you decide to cancel, it must be done within the first 8 hours. Like I’ve said, I make your orders fresh, and don’t want to throw anything away. If you would like to add on to an order you have already placed, please just place another order and I will combine them. If there is a shipping difference in your favor, I would gladly refund it immediately.

What do I do if I have sensitive skin?
Some oils, spicy ones like cinnamon, clove, and peppermint are known for its potential to irritate the skin. You probably know which ones irritate you and should stay away from them. If you are unsure if one of my fragrances have those ingredients in them, please email me and I would gladly let you know. You might want to do a patch test on your skin to be sure if you already have the product. Pure Indulgent is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
What if my package doesn't arrive here?
We make every effort to insure that your package arrives to you quickly and safely. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to apartment or office buildings where, if not claimed immediately, someone could pick it up. We suggest having your order shipped to an address where someone will be there to get it when it arrives. You can also request package Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation for an additional fee by emailing us.
